Buy, Buy, Buy! It's that time of the year again when we are all looking for stores to buy games, toys and other gifts for the holiday. Online stores are the easiest and fastest way to get ideas for gifts and compare prices of games and toys before we buy. Even more important could be that in these times, the online stores are the safest place to buy our holiday gifts. It would be remiss on our part if we neglected to warn our readers to be careful when Christmas shopping this year. Sadly, we would remind our readers that this year, more than any other in recent times, shopping is dangerous in almost every store we go to in every state we go to. We note how Wall Street has plummeted in such a fashion as has not been seen in years, andthe Asian, European, and S. Korean Stock markets have followed suit. Well, what we get with all of those troubles is that unemployment is up and crime is up, including violent crime which says that there are those that still want to go shopping but finances do not permit them to.... but, they do anyway. The "those" that I am talking about are those rats, roaches and other rodents that come out of the woodwork when times are bad and decide that what they need for Christmas is more important than what you or I need. I don't know where you are, but this we are sure of; where ever you are, even as you are reading this you can probably still hear your newscasters tell about the car that got broken into at the mall, tell about the shooting in front of a store, or a car-jacking. It doesn't matter if you live in the country or you live in the city, take these newscasts as real warnings. Don't let these true-life stories slip by without meaning. Take care of yourself and in so doing, you will be taking care of those that love you. It is because of all of these types of newscasts that we in the office got around to discussing just how valuable the internet has become, and how much it shows with traffic at more and more online stores continuing to increase and more and more online security measures are set in place through the years to protect the consumer. The one way that a consumer is not protected anymore is when, for some odd reason, the consumer lets a notion run through his or her head that "...it's always somewhere else..." or "...It'll only take a minute. The store is right down the road." Thoughts like that are the thoughts that indeed make person vulnerable. And that kind of vulnerability nobody can protect against. It's called stupidity. And, just because I can't buy everything through the internet, there are many times that I have to allow myself to be vulnerable... but, I do pray that my stupidity is covered. The online stores are busier than any other time of the year with consumers looking to buy these games, toys, and gifts because of the convenience the internet has provided. However, the wise consumer that buys through these online stores should attempt to consider the suddenly extra activity that these stores endure at this time of the year and get his or her order in as early as possible. This is why we are creating the to be YOUR... ONE-STOP-SHOPPING-CENTER! So Go Ahead Into YOUR Mall |
